I emailed epic games again and just sure enough it is the same exact answer with them saying that the information is classified because I didn t redeem the code on MY ACCOUNT. They then start to say how I needed to email them again. Instant gaming responds with we need the date and time and that is all we look for, without that we cannot refund the item.
So I go to Instant Gaming support to tell them why I can't get the date and time because it is classified information since the code was not redeemed on MY ACCOUNTl. After I got done emailing epic games support they eventually responded to me just to say since I didn't redeem the code on MY ACCOUNT and since the code was redeemed on someone ELSES ACCOUNT I wasn't able to see this information. However I had to contact epic games support to see when the code was redeemed and I needed the date and time (day and the hour). So I went to go to instant gaming support to get a refund of my money or a new code I can redeem with. I bought this item and when I got the code it said that it was already redeened.
